• Councillor Liz Blackshaw - - (i) a non-registrable interest as her daughter was a member of Starlight Youth Theatre; (ii) a registrable interest as a member of Mountsorrel Parish Council, the parish council having previously supported Friends of Mountsorrel Castle Gardens. Councillor Blackshaw left the meeting during consideration of the item.
