Note: This hearing was arranged as a closed (private) hearing by virtue of Regulation 14(2) of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 at the request of the Police. At the hearing, the Police stated that they no longer required a closed hearing. The legal advisor therefore declared that the hearing would now be held in public. The Decision Notice has therefore been published.
