1.	Interests Members of the Sub-committee are asked to confirm that they are not aware of any interests or other reason which might prejudice the ability to hold a fair hearing and make a sound determination of the matters to be considered.
2.	Private (Closed) Hearing This hearing will be a closed (private) hearing by virtue of Regulation 14(2) of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005.
3.	Introductions and Procedure for Meeting The Chair is asked to introduce the various parties and explain the procedure to be followed in conducting the hearing.
4.	Application to Vary a Premises Licence and Application to Transfer a Premises Licence Holder (Licensing Act 2003) Licensing Act 2003 – To consider an application to vary a premises licence to specify an individual as Designated Premises Supervisor and an application to transfer a Premises Licence Holder. A confidential report of the Licensing Manager is enclosed for the Sub-committee’s consideration.
