RESOLVED that, in respect of application P/22/0508/2 (HSSP Architects Limited. 35 Kingfisher Way, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 3NF), planning permission be granted subject to the conditions and reasons set out in the report of the Head of Planning and Regeneration and a note to let the applicants know of the process whereby Environmental Pollution legislation would be applicable if noise disturbance gave rise to a statutory nuisance;
