CAPITAL PLAN AMENDMENT REPORT A report of the Head of Finance and Property Services to consider and approve changes to the 2018/19 – 2020/21 Capital Plan will be considered for pre-decision scrutiny in order to make recommendations as appropriate to the Cabinet.
